ELIGIBILITY
• Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements outlined for the current grant cycle at the time of submission. Eligibility criteria vary from cycle to cycle and are published on the grant website and application page.
• Only one application per artist may be submitted per grant cycle.
• Eligibility is determined independently for each grant cycle. Applicants who are not eligible for one cycle are welcome to apply to future cycles if they meet the published eligibility requirements.
ORIGINAL WORK
• Applicants must submit only original artwork created by the applicant. Submitted work may not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any other person or entity.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
• By submitting an application, applicants certify that all information provided is accurate and complete. High Noon reserves the right to disqualify any application containing false or misleading information.
JURY PROCESS
• Applications will be reviewed by the designated guest juror for the current grant cycle.
• All jury decisions are final.
• Due to the volume of applications, individual feedback will not be provided.
GRANT AWARD
• One recipient will receive an unrestricted grant of $2,000 USD.
• Grant funds may be used at the recipient's discretion.
• The recipient is responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations associated with receipt of the award.
USE OF SUBMITTED MATERIALS
• Applicants retain full copyright to all submitted artwork.
• By submitting an application, applicants grant High Noon a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce submitted images and application materials solely for purposes related to administering and promoting the Daniel Linge Artist Grant, including:
- announcing recipients
- promoting future grant cycles
- publication and archival purposes
- social media and press materials
• Artwork will never be sold, licensed, or used for commercial purposes beyond promotion of the grant without the artist's written permission.
APPLICANT RESPONSIBILITY
• Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded materials are complete and legible prior to the submission deadline.
• Incomplete or late applications may not be considered.
NOTIFICATION
• Only selected recipients (and, if desired, finalists) will be contacted directly.
• Results will also be announced through High Noon's website and social media channels.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
• High Noon reserves the right to modify eligibility requirements, deadlines, jurors, or grant procedures, or to cancel a cycle if circumstances require.
ACCEPTANCE
• Submission of an application constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
